A leading FMCG(Food) Company based in Karachi, Pakistan requires a National Sales Manager. Incumbent should be able to
• Manage sales nationally while leading a team of sales managers and officers to achieve the desired KPIs.
• Developing business and identifying new opportunities for growth
• Establishing good relations with key position holders of principals
• Training and development of personnel (sales)
• Ensuring customer satisfaction at the clients end and provide excellent customer support
• Devise and monitor performance of the sales teams and provide coaching whenever necessary
• Ensure that there are no lapses in distribution cycle
Qualification & Experience: MBA from a reputable university
Experience: 8 – 10 years of experience in FMCG sales
Salary: 250K + allowance and other perks.
